Greenbelt was a settlement on the outskirts of Bastion around the time of the Plague Armageddon before being overrun by the Plague. It was home to the extensive Greenbelt Agricultural Research Facility and as a result the town was home to many varieties of plant life. The facility took up a large area of the town, and the plants cultivated there spilled out across a large part of the area.
Unlike other settlements such as Diggstown and Bastion, Greenbelt's buildings are not comprised by ramshackle constructs cobbled together from scraps, but were instead solid and well-built.
