The Ark Refinery is a structure owned by the EDF. While primarily being used by the Kuroari Company. It was destroyed by Alec Mason in a Guerrilla Raid. Next to it were also two Ark Refinery Smokestacks. Finally, it's closely related to the Ark Mining Excavator.
