Diggs Surplus was a store in the mining settlement of Diggstown, near Bastion.
History[]
It is currently unknown, what date for the store opening, presumably that it was opened after all the colonist settle in underground after Terraformer destroyed by Adam Hale. Like other settlement area, it was devastated during in Plague Armageddon and the store owner is presumably to be dead.
